This website inspires the adventuress in me. It is crammed with tips, ideas, and opportunities

Like:

An apartment in Italy for $21 a day (split two ways) and two bikes at my disposal to discover Venice.

Anyone want to go?

Stephenie, you have no idea how seriously I am game. I've been looking up prices and maps on the internet and trying to figure out my budget. If you really want to go just say the word! We can at least talk about it and see if it could be more than a dream? Let's get together sometime soon, maybe this weekend? Did you get with Leslie? I felt so terrible! but we got it worked out. I'm sorry for that idea. Forgive me?

You and I are horrible! We deserve a good, sound thrashing. Did you read her latest post! yikes. It may have been your initial idea, but i thought up the devious details. I'm as much to blame.

Italy or bust! I'm going to check with maria and see when would be the best two weeks to take in the summer. Then maybe contact the owners and see what dates they have open. We'll take it one delicious step at a time.

It about time for another stamp in that passport.

Yes, I read it and I felt terrible but I made it right with Leslie as best as I could and will not be so dumb again. Life goes on.
Leslie wants to go to Italy too but she doesn't think she can afford it this year. I have a feeling about next year... so, I don't want to wait if it can be helped. If this really can happen this year I would be so geeked! We'll talk.

what exactly would stop you from going? I'd do it, but there's this stupid gender issue.
Well, I'm having too much fun in Africa anyway.

Why not doing something more exciting, like, scuba diving off crete...

Yeah. You're only allowed to have one adventure at a time dan. Money and time are the biggest obstacles, but sometimes only if you let them. :)

Only one adventure? Rats. I like getting about three going at once.

Three! Wow! I think I'd get overwhelmed and fall over, but, that's just me.

Colleen checked out the weather in Italy just to see what it was like.
They said that Italy can be uncomfortably hot in July and August but really nice in September. But good news is we don't need Visas and there are no required vaccinations/shots, a few suggested ones though. Did you have any time to e-mail the people about the apartment? Just curious, no rush. Hope your havin' a great week so far! Talk to you later.
